MATE-XT and MATE-XT 4.0
The MATE-XT is a passive upper-limb exoskeleton designed to reduce shoulder muscle effort during tasks that require arm elevation. Without motors, it follows the natural movement of the body, providing adjustable support in a comfortable and effective way.
Its mechanical torque system adapts to the shoulder angle, providing maximum support at 90° and zero assistance when the arm is at rest. Featuring a lightweight carbon fiber frame, rotating joints, and breathable fabrics, it ensures full freedom of movement. It is available in sizes S and L, with 8 levels of assistance and ergonomic adjustment to fit the user.
MATE-XT 4.0 – The smart version
The 4.0 version adds Wi-Fi connected sensors that collect real-time data, preparing the device for integration with Industry 4.0 systems. It is ideal for improving ergonomics, preventing injuries, and monitoring on-site activity with greater precision.
